What You'll Do:
Supervise, mentor, and train accounting staff; manage workload distribution to meet deadlines.
Perform first-level review of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements for GAAP compliance.
Lead month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and audit deliverables.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with 7+ years of experience, including 2+ years in supervision.
Advanced Excel and accounting software skills, with experience in WIOA or government contracting preferred.
Strong communication, integrity, and ability to translate financial data for non-financial staff.
