Location: Vance County, NC
Pay: $17+ per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time
About the Role: Do you enjoy fixing tech problems and keeping systems running? We are hiring an Operations Technology Expert in Vance County, NC to support the technology behind our daily operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Set up and troubleshoot computers, POS systems, printers, and mobile devices
  • Support network, Wi-Fi, and internet connections
  • Answer staff tech questions and solve issues quickly
  • Keep software and equipment updated and working properly
  • Log issues, track fixes, and work with vendors as needed
  • Train staff on systems and new technology
Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of IT, help desk, or tech support experience preferred
  • Comfortable with hardware, software, and basic networking
  • Patient, friendly, and strong at explaining tech in simple terms
  • Organized and dependable
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
