This role offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement. Core Duties Spearhead the full lifecycle of land development initiatives, guiding projects from initial vision to final construction. Coordinate various concurrent projects to ensure they are completed on schedule and within financial constraints. Execute complex technical civil designs, such as earthwork planning, mapping, and hydrologic analysis, to ensure project accuracy. Provide guidance to junior team members while facilitating collaboration across different technical disciplines. Engage directly with stakeholders to clarify project goals and build lasting professional partnerships. Required Credentials Hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Possess a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license, with a preference for California licensure. Demonstrate a minimum of 12 years of professional experience within the land development sector. Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D effectively, with additional value placed on familiarity with San Diego County stormwater regulations.
