We are looking for a Senior Associate / Associate Manager who is motivated and excited by conducting in-depth research utilizing innovative methodologies and AI tools. The SI Senior Associate / Associate Manager will work with world-class companies and clients across industries to understand their needs and deliver high-impact research projects to help them uncover insights to answer their toughest business questions.
Location: NYC (hybrid) or remote
In this role you will:
- Develop a deep understanding of client strategic objectives and build and execute detailed research plans to achieve them
- Create interview guides and surveys that address client needs to inform better business decisions
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify critical themes and takeaways
- Develop client-facing reports and deliverables with a clear storyline and narrative for executive audiences
- Own written and verbal communications with clients on respective studies
Prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with clients and experts covering a wide range of expertise, geographies, etc.
Who you are:
- 1-4 years of professional work experience
- You are a market research or research professional at a leading market research company or management consultant from a top tier consultancy (i.e., background in market research and familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods)
- Strong skills in interview guide and survey design to uncover critical insights
- Experience with data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Python) and visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- You enjoy working independently and efficiently with minimal direction and under pressure
- You enjoy learning, team collaboration, communication, listening and advocating
- Excellent client-facing and internal team communication skills (verbal and written)
- Have a bachelor's degree or greater in a relevant field of study
