MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Facilitator/Analyst Job DutiesYou will serve as the Facilitator/Analyst for assigned process/performance improvement and innovation projects for day-to-day waterfront production and engineering support throughout the Shipyard as directed by the supervisor. You will accomplish a wide variety of assignments concerned with effectiveness and efficiency of programs and operations. You will be responsible for providing facilitation of initiatives and assigned projects with comparative freedom from supervision. You will direct and coordinate the efforts of assigned development and accomplishment. You will assume responsibility for the timely execution of complex performance improvement and innovation initiatives.
