Safety Director [NL-15186]

The Role: Design, implement, and oversee safety initiatives, including Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), fall protection programs, confined space procedures, and lockout/tagout protocols. Develop and facilitate impactful safety training programs that promote compliance, enhance employee awareness, and surpass OSHA standards. Provide strategic leadership for company-wide safety initiatives, driving continuous improvement and supporting operational goals across the organization. Track and evaluate critical safety indicators, leveraging data-driven insights to improve safety outcomes and organizational performance. The Candidate: Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience. Previous experience within the structural steel fabrication industry is strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field (or equivalent experience).OSHA 30 required; OSHA 500/510 and CSP/CHST certification preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication, supported by strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
