Requirements:
DEA Registration Dentrix Eaglesoft Implant Dentistry Licensed dentist Open Dental Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Valid Dental License and DEA License for practice in Texas. Proven expertise in prosthodontics, oral surgery, and implantology. Extensive knowledge of dental/anatomical terminology and clinical procedures. Experience with dental software systems (Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix) for documentation and scheduling. Strong understanding of infection control protocols and aseptic techniques. Proficiency in patient assessment and treatment evaluation. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinic utilizing four-handed dentistry. Commitment to compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards. Excellent communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Job Description:
Perform advanced prosthodontic procedures including crowns, bridges, dentures, implants, and implant-supported restorations. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments: medical/dental history, clinical exams, and diagnostic imaging. Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patients' needs and preferences. Collaborate with general dentists, oral surgeons, and other specialists to deliver comprehensive care. Maintain accurate medical and dental records in compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies. Utilize dental fabrication tools, digital imaging systems, and EHR software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix. Adhere to infection control and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety. Educate patients on post-treatment care and prosthetic device maintenance. Stay current with developments in prosthodontics and related dental fields through continuous education.
