Strategic Finance Consultant

Key responsibilities: Oversee monthly financial close, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management for clients Advise startup founders on financial strategy and manage the finance section of Board meetings Support fundraising and M&A activities, including investor communication and capital structure analysis

Required qualifications: 7-10 years of finance experience in venture-backed AI or SaaS startups Expertise in compute cost management and cloud infrastructure financials Proficiency with financial technology platforms such as QBO and Carta Experience managing financial operations from a C-suite perspective MBA or CPA preferred, but not required
