We're working with a highly regarded New York law firm seeking a Trusts & Estates Associate to join its sophisticated private client practice. Anticipated compensation is $200K-$220K, commensurate with experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney early in their career who wants to develop within a strong Trusts & Estates platform and gain meaningful experience working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. The associate will work on a broad range of sophisticated matters, including: • Estate and wealth transfer planning • Trust and estate administration • Drafting estate planning documents • Federal estate and gift tax matters • Trusts & Estates controversy matters

Required Qualifications:

New York Bar admission required
LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning strongly preferred
At least one year of prior estate planning and estate administration experience
Strong understanding of estate and gift tax principles appropriate to class year
