The role requires a vocational school education, at least one year of healthcare experience, CST certification, and Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of starting. Prepare the operating room for spine procedures. Maintain a sterile field and ensure instruments and supplies are ready. Assist the surgical team during spine operations.
