Deckhand - Pirate Water Taxi

What You'll Do: Support the Captain with line handling, docking, and navigation duties Ensure passenger safety during boarding, transport, and disembarking Maintain vessel cleanliness (decks, restrooms, seating areas, exterior)Assist with fueling, potable water intake, and waste removal Participate in required safety drills and emergency procedures Provide friendly, engaging guest interactions while maintaining safety standards Perform routine maintenance including washing, painting, and detailing

What You Bring: Must be 18+ with valid state-issued IDAbility to swim 100 yards and tread water for 3 minutes Physically able to lift, carry, and assist passengers in emergencies Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to work flexible schedules (including nights, weekends, and holidays)Strong teamwork and situational awareness High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass pre-employment and random USCG drug and alcohol testing
