You'll partner closely with Payroll, Finance, Legal, People, and our equity platform provider. This is a hands-on role for someone who brings strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a knack for making complex equity topics easy to understand. At a minimum, you need to have:5–7 years of equity administration experience, including hands-on experience supporting a publicly traded company. Hands-on experience administering RSUs and ESPP, including releases, purchase cycles, employee changes, and terminations. Experience coordinating equity-related tax withholding and payroll reporting. Experience supporting global equity programs across multiple countries. Experience with Fidelity's equity administration platform or a comparable public-company equity administration system. Strong Excel and analytical skills, including working with large datasets and performing reconciliations.
