To lead the integration of weapons and payloads on aircraft, the full-time Senior Staff Engineer, Weapons Integration will collaborate with design teams, create mechanical designs, and support testing efforts in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities: Collaborate with aircraft design teams to perform mechanical weapons integration activities Design pylons, fittings, and support design reviews while reporting on design process accomplishments Support integration and testing efforts, including ground and flight tests
Required qualifications: B.S. in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering 10+ years of experience in mechanical or mechanism design Strong CAD skills, preferably in NX Familiarity with Bomb Rack Units/Assemblies (BRA/BRU) and Launcher Assembly Units (LAU) Ability to obtain a S//SAR level security clearance desired
