They also help resolve billing disputes and catch questionable billing activity before it becomes a bigger problem. Requirements: 1+ year in bill negotiations or CA workers' comp claims. CA Labor Code knowledge and IEA/Self Insurance certificate a plus. REP IIManage caseload, plans of action, and legal arguments for lien negotiations Review and summarize medical reports Negotiate with providers by phone; prepare legal exhibits Represent cases by phone at lien conferences

Requirements: 1+ year in CA workers' comp lien negotiations. Knowledge of CA Labor Code, WCAB policies, and fee schedules required. IEA/Self Insurance certificate a plus.
