Senior Manager of Capital Accounting

Key responsibilities: Ensure all balance sheet accounts reflect accurate financial positions in compliance with GAAP and corporate accounting policies Enhance process design across business units to improve scalability and efficiency, integrating technology solutions Develop and manage a high-performing team, fostering continuous improvement and engagement within the department

Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management 2+ years of supervisory or relevant experience in a financial setting Advanced knowledge of general accounting principles and practices Experience with financial systems such as Oracle, Coupa, and OnBase Previous experience in a resort or Financial Shared Services Center environment is preferred
