Key responsibilities:
Develop and manage a comprehensive content strategy across social media, YouTube, email, and retail platforms
Define and maintain Onnit's visual and verbal identity to ensure brand recognition across all content formats
Build and optimize a lean content production engine that delivers high-quality output quickly and efficiently
Required qualifications:
12-15+ years in content, creative, or brand storytelling, with at least 5 years in a leadership role for a consumer brand
Proven track record of growing audiences and driving engagement through innovative content strategies
Deep understanding of social media algorithms and the ability to adapt strategies in real-time
Experience working with athletes, talent, or creators, including managing relationships and writing briefs
Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance metrics and data-driven decision-making
