Otr Class A Dry Van Owner Operator Clean Harbors is looking for an OTR Class A Dry Van Owner Operator to join their safety conscious team in Salt Lake City, UT. This position runs from Salt Lake City, Utah area to the San Jose area in Northern California. The drivers can be based out of Utah or Nevada. It is about 700-750 miles between facilities one way, so it is 1,400-1,500 miles for a round-trip. The drivers must be able to do two round-trips per week (2,800-3,000 miles total).

Responsibilities: Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times Operates tractor trailer units Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; Properly secures the loads Placards vehicle in accordance to Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations Maintains daily logs, invoicing, time sheets, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports

Qualifications: Class A CDLHAZMAT and Tanker endorsements Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience Ability to effectively use required technology such as mobile applications and computer software
