As part of our nursing leadership team, you'll help guide and support caregivers, ensuring quality care and a safe, respectful environment for all. What You'll Do:
  • Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality care is delivered on your shift
  • Monitor and support medication distribution, blood draws, and treatment plans
  • Conduct rounds to assess resident needs and staff performance
  • Educate residents, families, and team members as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Collaborate with leadership to support a culture of excellence
  • Additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator
Qualifications:
  • Active New Jersey RN license (unencumbered)
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Long-term care experience preferred but not required
  • Supervisory or leadership experience is a plusLPNs with strong leadership potential may be considered
