Customer Service/Account Manager

Location: Golden, CO

Pay: $20 - $23 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities: Manage client invoicing and billing processes promptly and accurately. Conduct monthly warehouse audits to maintain inventory integrity and performance standards. Perform quality control checks to guarantee client satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support issues, providing exceptional service and solutions.

Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks. Proficient in accounting and warehouse management software.
