Job Title: Creative Operations Manager (Part-time)
Location: Nashville, TN (Highly Preferred) / Remote (with frequent travel to Nashville)
Job Type: Contract / Upcoming Project Slate
Industry: Entertainment, Media Production, & Project Management About Angell Atelier We don’t just pitch creative ideas; we engineer series formats. At Angell Atelier, we design the strategic blueprints and distribution frameworks that values-driven media brands use to scale and command their markets. We bridge the gap between premium storytelling and enterprise-level operational discipline. Our leadership team brings a seven-year track record of delivering strategic excellence for elite cultural institutions and global brands like the James Beard Foundation, Microsoft, and L'Oréal. Our Mission & Alignment We are explicitly engineered to serve the faith-inspired, family, and values-driven entertainment market. We believe that family-focused entertainment should never sacrifice premium, cinematic taste. You do not need to have prior experience working within faith-based media to thrive here. However, you must be someone who can genuinely respect this demographic, get passionately behind our mission, and effectively position our enterprise solutions to major media brands.
The Role: We are looking for an organized, detail-driven Creative Operations Manager to join our team as an independent partner to help keep our original series developments on schedule and flawlessly organized. This role is for an operational strategist who knows how to step into complex environments and build a clear path from concept to execution. You will be responsible for managing the timelines, milestones, and cross-functional handoffs as projects move from our audience intelligence frameworks into greenlit status.
What You’ll Do: Operational Management: Establish and manage clear timelines, milestones, and workflows across development, data research, and creative asset delivery. Team Orchestration: Coordinate cross-functional communication between our audience intelligence analysts, presentation designers, and leadership team to ensure zero friction. Deliverable Tracking: Protect the integrity of our development schedules, ensuring production bibles, pitch assets, and operational frameworks are finalized on time.
What We’re Looking For: Proven Project Management Record: Solid experience managing complex deliverables, ideally within an agency, media production, or enterprise consulting environment. Systems Thinker: High proficiency with modern project management architectures (such as Click Up, Asana, or Monday.com) and a passion for structural organization. Exceptional Communication: The ability to keep high-performing professionals aligned and moving forward with clarity and respect. Mission & Market Respect: A genuine respect for the faith-and-family brand vision and the audience we serve. Project Timeline & Structure: This is a project-based, 1099 contract position designed to scale alongside our operational milestones. Our intent is to transition this role into a permanent, full-time position as our active portfolio and development volume expand. This posting is part of our strategic talent pipeline development as we secure our core team ahead of our upcoming slate launches.
Why Join Us: Now? We are actively building the foundation of our core execution team. While this role kicks off the engine, you will be a key part of our long-term growth as we scale our operations, expand our data framework, and build out our dedicated creative support. To Apply: Send a brief message detailing your experience keeping complex, multi-layered projects on schedule, your current location, and why you are interested in this project-based role.
