Job Description Job Description MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Properly and safely load and unload raw materials in CNC Swiss machinery; respond to machine malfunctions, and abide by ISO requirements and safety operating procedures Maintain part specifications by turning, facing, drilling, boring, grooving, threading and milling machine operations; display proficiencies taking measurements; adjust and replace worn tools; adhere to internal quality assurance procedures and processes. Must be able to use precision gages and instruments, read inspection documents, record irregularity findings and make decisions for part quality, and perform unassisted tool wear offsets on machine tools, such as drills, taps and inserts Use hand tools for deburring as required.
