Define and document processes for managing strategic provider accounts and handling escalations
Required qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience in client-, member-, or partner-facing roles
Proven ability to build strong relationships and deliver results
Experience in provider operations, care coordination, or client success
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to create structure and processes
Familiarity with Wellthy's services and operations is a strong plus
