Roofing Quality Control

About the Role: CE Property Services is looking for a detail-oriented Roofing Quality Control Inspector to join our growing team in Littleton, CO. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough quality control inspections on residential and/or commercial roofing installations and repairs Identify and document deficiencies, code violations, and workmanship issues on job sites Communicate inspection findings and corrective actions to crew leads and project managers Ensure compliance with local building codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards Perform pre- and post-installation inspections including flashing, underlayment, and shingle/material placement Maintain accurate inspection reports, photo documentation, and quality control logs Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring issues and recommending solutions

Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on roofing experience (installation, repair, or inspection) Strong knowledge of roofing systems including shingles, flat roofs, flashing, and underlayment Familiarity with local building codes and roofing industry standards Ability to safely navigate rooftops and work at heights Strong attention to detail with excellent observation and documentation skills Effective communication skills to relay findings clearly to field and office teams Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus
