A respected general contractor is hiring a Data Center Project Manager to help deliver mission-critical projects across the region. What You'll Do:
  • Run data center projects from preconstruction and buyout through commissioning, turnover and closeout
  • Own the budget, cost reports, schedule updates and change orders
  • Coordinate closely with owners, engineers and electrical and mechanical trade partners
  • Track long-lead equipment like switchgear, generators and cooling units so nothing slows the job down
  • Team up with superintendents on safety, quality and phased turnovers
  • Coach assistant project managers and project engineers along the way
  • What You Bring
  • Project management experience with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical work (required)A solid grasp of critical power, cooling and heavy MEP coordination
  • Strong scheduling, cost control and documentation habits
  • A friendly, team-first attitude and clear communication with owners and field teams
  • A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
