Job Description: As a Corporate Leasing Specialist, you will support leasing performance across our portfolio, working alongside our on-site teams to keep communities full. You will reach out to prospective and current residents, keep our leasing data accurate, and help our teams follow up consistently.
Responsibilities: Make daily phone outreach to prospective residents, and to current residents for lease renewals, across multiple communities. Partner with on-site teams to develop and carry out effective leasing strategies. Audit and update lead, leasing and renewal trackers so reporting is accurate and on time. Manage leads by monitoring team responsiveness and making sure follow-up is consistent. Reinforce follow-up schedules, CRM use and conversion practices to improve performance. Help train new leasing team members and support recruitment for the leasing department.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in leasing, property management or a related field. Student housing experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort using data to make decisions.
  • Proficiency in Excel and CRM platforms (Entrata).Strong organization and the ability to manage several priorities at once.
  • Flexibility to adjust your schedule during peak leasing season.
  • Willingness to work on-site and to make occasional site visits to our properties.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly preferred.
  • Job Time:
  • Full Time (Monday-Friday).
Hours: 11am – 7pm.
Benefits: 10 days of PTO/Vacation the first year, with 2-day increments per year up to a max of 15 days.
