Independently reviewing and auditing incoming car repair billing, the full-time CRB Auditor II will ensure compliance with AAR rules and industry standards while collaborating with internal and external partners in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities: Review and audit routine and moderately complex incoming car repair billing for accuracy and compliance Analyze invoice exceptions and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies within established guidelines Develop customer reports by analyzing invoicing activity and identifying trends to support business decisions
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience 4 years of progressively responsible railroad car repair billing or related experience 3 years of experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting Professional knowledge of AAR car repair billing rules and processes Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliverables while maintaining accuracy and quality
