Senior Physical Network & Fiber Records Engineer

Fervo is seeking a Senior Telecommunications Engineer to lead physical-layer design and manage the outside-plant and inside-plant fiber infrastructure for geothermal operations. You will own records, coordinate with IT, OT/I&C, sensing teams, and oversee contractors during construction. The role requires 7+ years in telecom infrastructure, strong GIS/CAD skills, and experience with OTDR and fiber testing. Travel up to 30% and work from Salt Lake City, UT or Houston, TX.
