Data Analyst Demand Planning (Fully Remote)

Key Responsibilities: Monitor and analyze KPIs including Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, and Forecast Value Add. Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and performance-monitoring solutions for business reviews. Conduct root-cause analysis of forecast deviations and translate findings into actionable improvements.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or related field. Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI or similar BI platforms. Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to explain complex insights to varied audiences.
