We are a Company that Specializes in the sales and installation of artificial turf for applications such as golf greens, Playgrounds, pet areas, rooftops and general landscape turf areas. We are seeking a dynamic inside sales and marketing person to help grow our thriving business. The Inside Salesperson will drive new business and maintain client relationships by focusing on physical goods and professional services. This role centers on a long sales cycle where consistent customer outreach, thorough product knowledge, and effective follow-up communication are key to success. The position requires managing customer data with CRM systems and does not involve travel or upselling activities.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads to build potential customer base Conduct outreach to engage and qualify clients Manage and nurture client relationships throughout the sales process Maintain in-depth product knowledge to inform and support customers Execute timely follow-up communications with prospects and clients Utilize CRM tools to track and update customer interactions and sales activities
Preferred Qualifications:
Entry-level experience in inside sales High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency with CRM software Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications Strong communication skills Effective time management abilities\nCompany
