About the Role: The Company is in need of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a strong background in multi-site skilled nursing operations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading multiple skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute communities and will be prepared to take on a broader organizational role. Key responsibilities for the CEO include overseeing the operational and financial performance of the organization, with a focus on quality and culture, and leading the development of high-performing teams. The role demands a leader with the ability to work closely with facility leadership and remain engaged with operations in the field. The ideal CEO for the company will have experience at the Regional, Divisional, VP of Operations, COO, President, or CEO level, and will be adept at managing multiple communities, leaders, and markets. Strong operational and financial acumen is essential, including a history of meaningful P&L responsibility.
