About the Role: The Company is seeking a VP of Sales with a strong background in the protein processing industry to lead the development and execution of its commercial strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and achieving long-term business objectives. This role involves leading and mentoring a sales organization, building and maintaining executive-level relationships with key customers, and identifying new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. The VP of Sales will also be expected to collaborate closely with technical and product development teams, forecast sales performance, and provide strategic insights to executive leadership. Applicants for the VP of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership within the protein processing industry. A proven track record of success in selling related products and a strong network within major meat and poultry processors are essential. The role requires a leader with a combination of strategic vision, commercial acumen, and technical credibility, capable of operating effectively in both executive-level discussions and technical customer environments.
