Member Experience Concierge

KEMBA Financial Credit Union is seeking a Concierge to manage the lobby and uphold our front-line member care philosophy. You will greet members, direct them to staff, quote wait times, and promote appointments while assisting with basic teller duties and account tasks. In this role you will represent the credit union at events, maintain guidance on policies, and support daily operations by coordinating with branches and departments to deliver friendly, accurate service.
