What you'll do: Lead daily kitchen operations alongside the Executive Chef and CDCMaintain quality and consistency during high-volume service Train, coach, and hold line cooks to high standards Support ordering, inventory, food cost, and sanitation standards

What we're looking for: 3+ years of salaried Sous Chef experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant Upscale restaurant background (not fast casual or casual)Cafeteria, country club, school, nursing home, or contract kitchen experience does not qualify for this role Strong leadership, organization, and composure under pressure
