Were hiring an Executive Assistant & Operations Manager to work directly alongside company leadership and partners, helping manage priorities, coordinate operations, and ensure critical initiatives move forward. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys being the person others rely on when something important needs to get done. What This Role Really Is This is not an event planning position. And its not a traditional administrative assistant role focused solely on calendars and scheduling. This role sits at the intersection of: Executive SupportBusiness OperationsProject CoordinationStrategic ExecutionProcess ImprovementYoull help senior leadership stay focused on high-value priorities by ensuring details, logistics, communication, and follow-through are handled effectively. Events are part of the role. Executive partnership and operational execution are the core of it.
