Key responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and service tasks related to policy inquiries, renewals, and cancellations
Process new and renewal policies, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients
Support retention efforts by communicating with clients and underwriters regarding policy expirations and cancellations
Required qualifications:
Basic customer service experience, preferably in insurance or call center environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience with agency management systems such as EZLynx or similar platforms
Ability to operate standard office equipment including scanners and copiers
Strong organizational skills for maintaining documentation and tracking servicing tasks
