Corporate M&A & Transactional Associate

Overview: The role requires experience drafting complex transactional agreements. The role offers experience on a variety of buy- and sell-side M&A deals, general corporate matters, and other business transactions. The ideal candidates are hardworking individuals with excellent writing and analytical skills, sound judgment, superior organizational skills and attention to detail, and experience with the drafting of complex transactional agreements.
