Senior AI Security Engineer for Enterprise AI

FM, a leading mutual insurance company based in Johnston, RI, seeks a Lead AI Security Engineer to enable secure AI adoption across the organization. You will translate emerging AI risks into clear requirements and design scalable security controls, partnering with platform, engineering and product teams to implement them. The role is hands-on and senior, guiding tool selection, threat modeling, and secure deployment of AI capabilities such as Copilot/Claude, while balancing risk reduction with
