Global Events Operations Lead

Databricks is hiring a Scaled Engagement Manager to drive day-to-day execution of the Meetings at Events program. You will own meeting operations, reporting, enablement, and program documentation, coordinating with a global team and operations contractors. In this role you’ll manage RainFocus/Jifflenow tooling, on-site event support, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, Sales, and SGTM to optimize workflows and drive ROI reporting. Travel is required for events.
