ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assist customers Stock and rotate product Inspect products for freshness Operate merchandise scale Operate stove/oven/fryer Other activities: Take orders Build displays Package items for sale Clean/sanitize department, backroom and cooler/freezer Change fryer oil
