We are looking for a Salon Coordinator to join our team! As a Salon Coordinator, you will oversee the coordination of all guests and be directly involved in scheduling, product inventory, and ordering. A successful Salon Coordinator will possess a positive attitude, customer service and organizational skills, display professionalism, strong communication skills, and cash-handling experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is a must.
Responsibilities:
Works to resolve any client concerns in a pleasant, professional manor. Keeps a sense of urgency in serving customers; Minimize customers wait time, monitor staff haircut time, quality, productivity, and coordinate their breaks. Ensure that the Company’s policies are carried out and communicated to all staff. Work cohesively with all Salon/ Spa areas, co-workers and students as part of a team. Ability to schedule various services for individuals and large groups including campus planned events. Ability to speak about the Salon/Spa, its concepts and services.
