Palliative Care Chaplain Spiritual Support Leader

Intermountain Health LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City, UT seeks a Staff Palliative Care Chaplain to provide compassionate spiritual and emotional support within the palliative care team. You will conduct spiritual assessments, participate in ICU rounds, and assist with family meetings and advance directives. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, 2–4 ACPE units with NACC/APC BCCi approval, and current endorsement by a recognized faith group.
