Real Estate Paralegal – Shelton, CTWe are working with a well-established Connecticut law firm seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its Real Estate team. This is a hands-on transactional role with a strong emphasis on real estate closings, while also providing the opportunity to support a sophisticated commercial and residential real estate practice. The ideal candidate will have meaningful real estate transactional experience and be comfortable supporting matters from contract through closing and post-closing. Strong closing experience is particularly important, including preparing closing statements, coordinating closing figures and documents, and keeping transactions moving toward completion. The practice handles a mix of commercial and high-end residential real estate matters, including acquisitions, sales, financings, refinancings, and other transactional work.
