Senior Securities & Corporate Governance Counsel

Crescent Energy is seeking a Corporate Counsel in Houston to provide expert counsel on securities law compliance, public company disclosure, and governance. The role partners with Finance, Investor Relations, Treasury, and executive leadership to support filings and transactions. The attorney will lead SEC filing activities, manage governance issues, and advise senior management and the Board. Strong drafting, regulatory knowledge, and experience with upstream energy transactions are essential.
