Data Center Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities: Lead rack and stack activities, hardware installations, relocations, and decommissioning. Manage structured cabling, labeling, rack layouts, and equipment documentation. Troubleshoot server, storage, network, power, and environmental issues. Coordinate with engineering teams, vendors, and OEMs for issue resolution. Support hardware upgrades, migrations, maintenance, and expansion projects. Monitor data center power, cooling, environmental conditions, and physical security. Maintain asset inventories, procedures, and operational documentation. Provide on-site leadership and technical guidance to data center support teams.

Requirements: 7+ years of data center operations/infrastructure experience. Strong hands-on experience with rack and stack, cabling, and hardware deployment. Knowledge of server, storage, networking, and power infrastructure. Experience in enterprise data center environments. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a mission-critical environment. Preferred Enterprise or hyperscale data center experience. ITIL/change management knowledge. Familiarity with DCIM and asset management tools. Experience with data center migration or modernization projects.
