Key responsibilities:
Evaluate and underwrite loan applications to determine creditworthiness and risk
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Manage the underwriting process from application through approval, ensuring timely decisions
Required qualifications:
Minimum of 15+ years of industry experience, including 2+ years in a senior leadership role
Strong understanding of underwriting guidelines and risk assessment
Proven ability to manage complex underwriting scenarios and provide strategic insights
Experience in the real estate or financial services industry is preferred
Relevant certifications in underwriting or finance are a plus
