Whether you’ve just passed the Arizona bar or have 1–2 years of courtroom experience, this role offers hands‑on litigation, mentorship, and rapid professional growth.

Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery with precision Conduct debtor exams, garnishments, and other enforcement actions Build recovery strategies using financial records and asset research Represent clients in hearings and negotiations Work closely with senior attorneys to refine litigation skills What You Bring Arizona Bar membership (or pending admission) Strong writing and analytical skills Confidence in court or willingness to learn quickly Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset
