Head of Enterprise Data & Analytics

STAR Financial Bank is seeking a Director, Enterprise Data to develop and execute the data and analytics strategy across the organization. You will own governance, performance dashboards, and standardized reporting to enable executives and boards with trusted insights. You will lead a team of data professionals, partner with Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, and Technology, and drive data quality, privacy, and information security practices across regulatory requirements.
