Insurance Defense Counsel Remote VA Litigation

GEICO is hiring an Associate Counsel to defend lawsuits filed in Virginia courts and other first party insurance defense. The role is with GEICO Staff Counsel, located in Fairfax, VA, but the position is REMOTE. You will research laws, prepare briefs, opinions, and memoranda, and manage pleadings, motions, discovery, and depositions, including examinations under oath and trial or dispositive work.
