Stacker

Key Responsibilities: Stack fiberglass panels according to production specifications. Inspect panels and report visible defects to Quality Control. Count and separate B-grade products and scrap materials. Assist with production-line startup. Follow measurement instructions provided by the Quality Control Inspector or Leadman. Maintain an organized and safe work area. Assist in other production areas as needed. Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. English proficiency required. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and identify product defects. Must be dependable, flexible, and able to work as part of a team. Must not have negative notes in their employment history.

Work Environment: Manufacturing environmentnot distribution. Building is not climate controlled and may become very warm. Strong acetone and resin odors are present. Physical, hands-on work involving fiberglass panels. Personal devices are not permitted on the production floor.
