Job description: Med Ninjas is seeking a Physician for long term locum tenens coverage at an inpatient facility located in Titusville, FLThe Physician must be available for the complete coverage block from ASAP to TBD This assignment includes onsite radiology coverage, general radiology reads, mammography procedures, light interventional radiology procedures, and no call. Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Start Date: 10/05/2026
End Date: Ongoing
Position Details: Full-time onsite coverage; Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Patient Population: Not specified
Setting: Acute Care Hospital
Responsibilities:
  • General radiology interpretation, mammography, and light IR procedures
  • Required Procedures: Mammography procedures including needle biopsies and stereotactic breast biopsies; paracentesis, thoracentesis, drainage procedures, biopsies, lumbar punctures and myelograms
  • EMR System: Epic; PACS: Merge; Dictation: Fluency
  • Support Staff: Not specified
  • Days Per Month: Minimum 40 hours per month
On-Call/Weekends: No call
Required Procedures and Skills XR, CT, MR, US, Fluoroscopy, mammography, light IR, biopsies, and drainage procedures
Requirements:
  • Board Certification required
  • Florida State License required
  • BLS required
  • Must be able to perform mammography procedures and read general radiology studies
  • Must meet productivity expectation of approximately 70 wRVUs per shift
